Kristen Winther is a global business leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the ETF industry, driving innovation and cross-border growth at firms including Horizons ETFs, Mirae Asset, MSCI, and GraniteShares. She currently leads Sales Operations and Enablement at TIFIN. Kristen has lived and worked across three continents. She became Global Co-President of Women in ETFs in 2025, after nearly a decade of involvement. Based outside New York City, Kristen lives with her husband and two children, has twice completed the New York Marathon.
