Shanna Weber is the Founder and CEO of Prima Consulting, where she specializes in transforming workplace cultures to inspire teams and increase engagement. Shanna is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Hogan Assessment Certified, and has facilitated hundreds of workshops for leaders and teams. Shanna holds an Executive MBA from the University of Arizona, dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Management from Arizona State University, and has completed programs at Wharton and Yale.
